My mother has been diagnosed with serious congestive heart failure. How can I help her?

Serious Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)

Congestive Heart Failure occurs when the heart loses its ability to pump enough blood through the body. The heart doesn't actually completely fail and stop working, but over time, it gradually loses its ability to function as well as it should. Although there is no cure for CHF, treatment options are available and symptoms can be lessened through diet and exercise.
